Around 25,000 homes in Queensland's southeast were left experiencing outages on Monday's dawn after severe thunderstorms impacted the state, producing wind gusts hitting 109km/h.
Substantial Ice Stones and Broad Destruction
Locals observed substantial frozen pellets as large as 7 centimeters in some areas. The Bureau of Meteorology announced that different parts across Queensland had been affected by large hailstones.

State Emergency Services received nearly 600 emergency reports across the region, primarily for building damage but also for fallen timber and flooding.
